Jyothi Engineering College Alumni Association (JECAA)

The objective of the association shall primarily be to act as a medium for the Alumni of the Jyothi Engineering College, Cheruthuruthy to come together and be in contact with the Alma mater and on matters those which the general body shall decide. Whereby the relationship between the Alumni and the present students could be fostered.
Furthermore, the following are the primary objectives :

1. To maintain connectivity to the Alumni with the Alma mater.
2. To foster fraternity among the past and the present students of the institution.
3. To keep the old students informed about the growth and development of the institution.
4. To give an opportunity to the old students to shoulder the task of building up and maintaining the tradition of the institution.
5. To serve as a forum striving to get a proper blending of theoretical and practical aspects of Engineering.
6. To provide possible assistance to present students in areas of placement, training and project development etc.
7. To institute prizes, scholarships, book bank etc. for the students of the college.
